  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and only in cases of verified service deficiencies.

  • We take utmost care during cleaning; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.

  • In case of accidental damage caused by our team, you must report it within 24 hours for assessment.
